This is the second time within two months that we used Gear Up, both times with excellent results. Recently, our microwave oven stopped working. We checked the power source and it was fine. Vitalii is the best repair guy we've ever had, hands down. We needed a new range installed that required natural gas-to-propane conversion, which he did along with calibrating all the settings. First time we've ever had any repair person do that, which might explain a lot of the issues we had with our old range. :-/ He came out the day after delivery, arrived when he said he would, and obviously knew what he was doing. Not only was GearUp able to accommodate us with the a reasonable date, but they were the first to respond back on the morning of July 5th.
